Pick up & Delivery Schedules

On Campus Pick Up - Apr/May 2026

Pick up Dates:

We offer special pickups throughout the spring and summer outside these dates for a $100. Simply register online and choose any available date and time window that works best for you.

Pick up Schedule

Choose Your Pickup Window when registering:

  • Morning: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
  • Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
  • We’ll Arrive During Your Window – please be patient. Do not call the office asking for an ETA.
  • Text Notifications:
    • 2 days before: Pickup reminder (login to reschedule if needed)
    • Day of: Confirms your window (same one you selected) and that we’re on the way
  • Be Ready at the Start of Your Window:
    • If you’re not ready, we’ll reschedule you to the next available window (same or next day)
    • $75 rescheduling fee applies
  • Packing Help Fees (if you’re not ready):
    • $43 per 15 minutes, or
    • $175 flat fee
  • Answer Your Phone:
    Our staff may call from a number you don’t recognize.
  • One Trip Only:
    We cannot split pickups across multiple days or time slots.
  • Need a Different Time?
    Call or email us—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Curbside Pickup

  • Bring all packed and labeled items outside to the designated pickup spot for your residence hall.
  • Staff cannot wait while you pack or label items—be fully ready.
  • We do not come into your room for curbside pickups.

In-Room Pickup 

  • Available only for on-campus residence halls and in-house Greek housing.
  • You must meet staff outside and escort them into your room.
  • All items must be packed and labeled.
  • Additional fees apply if we need to pack or label anything for you.
  • Repacking is based on availability and not guaranteed during busy windows.

Box Kit Delivery

Delivery Days:

Our We Stuff it truck will be located and marked at the following locations and times on both Sundays:

  • In the parking lot between Edwards Hall and Academic Village, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
  • On the south side of Corbett Hall, on Plum Street, across from the indoor practice facility, 1 p.m.- 3 p.m.

If unavailable these dates: Contact us ahead of time and we will leave a box kit, tape, poster tube, and packaging supplies at the front desk of your residence hall. Or have a friend or pick up.

Extra Supplies: We will have wardrobe boxes, bubble wrap and extra packing material available for sale when you pick up your box kits.

Late Sign-ups: Visit Vape CO 2.0 (634 S Mason st. on the Northside of CSU campus) with your confirmation number to pick up a kit.

Off Campus & Greek Pick Up - May 2026

Pickup Details

  • Our Free CSU pickup dates are Saturday, May 10 – Sunday May 17 (8 days to choose from)
  • We offer special pickups throughout the spring and summer outside these dates for a $100. Simply register online and choose any available date and time window that works best for you.

What to Expect

  • You’ll receive 2 text messages:
    • 2 days before your pickup: Confirms your pickup time + lets you update your info if needed.
    • Day of pickup: Confirms we’re on the way.
  • Our staff will call or text when en route.
  • Please be fully packed and labeled by the start of your pickup window.

Important Policies

  • Be Ready at Start Time: If you’re not ready, you’ll be rescheduled to the next available window (or the next day) and charged a $75 reschedule fee.
  • We do not wait while you pack or label items.
  • Need us to help pack? It’s $43 per 15 minutes or $175/hour.
  • Requesting a return visit during the same window? $75 re-pickup fee, based on availability.
  • Moving furniture? Additional moving fee applies:
    • $43 per 15 minutes
    • $175/hour
  • No furniture + ground-floor pickup? That’s free.

Additional Services

We offer numerous to help throughout your college career. These include moving services, shipping, freighting, repacking rooms and apartments, hauling, car storage, abroad and semester storage, and short-term storage between leases.

Box Kit Delivery

We deliver boxes, tape, labels, and packing supplies to your Greek house or off-campus address.

If you’re not home, your kit will be left in the lobby, at the front door, or another visible spot—labeled with your name and confirmation number.

Alternative Pickup: You can also pick up your box kit (12 boxes), tape, and a poster tube if you can’t wait for us to deliver them to you or you sign up late at t at the Vape Shop located at 634 South Mason St, on the Noth side of CSU campus near the train tracks and behind the Pickle Barrel sandwich shop. Tell the employee at the counter that you are signed up with We Stuff it and need a box kit. Please give them your name and customer ID #, and they will provide you with a box kit .

Drop-off - August 2026

Free Drop-off Dates

  • Free Drop-off Window: Friday, August 14 – Saturday, August 22 for Summer Storage and “Ship to School” customers. (9 days to choose from)
  • We do not do deliveries on Sunday, August 23rd or Monday, August 24th- Our staff is all college students and have to get ready for school and it’s the 1st day of classes
  • We offer special deliveries all summer outside these dates for a fee. $100 before August 16th and $250 after August 23rd. Simply register online and select any available date and time window that works best for you.

We Stuff it will be closed and no deliveries will be available on Wednesday, August 23 (staff preparing for classes) and Thursday, August 24 (first day of classes).

Delivery Schedule & Protocol

  • You can choose morning, afternoon, or all-day delivery windows when logging into your account over the summer and adding your delivery info.
  • You don’t need to wait around all day. You can:
    • Run errands and meet us when we call/text.
    • Have a roommate or parent meet us and sign for your items.

Before Delivery

  • Log in to your account and update your delivery information and any special instructions.
  • You’ll receive:
    • A confirmation text and email 2 days before delivery with your time window and a chance to reschedule.
    • A reminder text the day of delivery confirming we’re on our way.
  • Our staff will call or text when they are 15 minutes away and again upon arrival.
  • Please be reachable by phone. If we can’t get in touch, your delivery may be delayed and subject to a fee.

Day of Delivery Expectations

  • Be ready at the start of your delivery window.
  • Do not call the office for ETAs—we promise, we’re coming.
  • If no one is present and we cannot complete your delivery:
    • A $175 redelivery fee will apply. ($250 for DU & Colorado College)
    • Your items may arrive later that day or the next.
Additional Considerations:
  • For any missing items (often due to label issues), allow up to one week after school starts for resolution.
  • If you need extra storage for another semster – no problem. We can store your items for as long as you need, just let us know.

Guidelines & Additional Information

Preparation & Labeling

Pack your items securely. Use the provided marker and labels:

  • All boxes: label all four sides with your full name and confirmation # 
  • Large items: Apply four labels.
  • Small items: Apply two labels.
  • Use tie tags for items where stickers might fall off.
  • Label all items with your full name, confirmation #, and school 

Important: Do not pack food in boxes—if food is detected, a $250 surcharge will be applied.

  • For curbside pick up, you have 20 minutes from the time we call you to bring all your items down to us.
  • For in-room pickups, please come down and meet us at the designated pick up time for your hall, and be prepared to escort our team to your room (extra $75 applies).
  • For in-room pick ups- please make sure all your items are ready to go and packed and labeled appropriately.
  • If students return to us any unused boxes when we pick up their items they will receive a $2 credit per box on their invoice.
  • We bring mattress covers and put them on for you if you have a bed
  • We do not store items in trash bags; they have to be boxed
  • We will do light assembly and disassembly of bed frames
  • We do NOT take down mounted TVs or shelves
  • Be ready for us and have all items labeled with your full name and confirmation #
  • Be patient, we’re coming! Please don’t call.
  • Ensure someone is available to sign for your items.
  • We can work with you if you are coming in late that day with a custom delivery time.
Fees & Charges
  • Moving fee past the ground floor (for off campus pickups and all deliveries – NOT dorms/Greek)
    $43 per 15 minutes
    $58 for 20 minutes
    $87 for 30 minutes
    $131 for 45 minutes
    $175 per hour
  • Assembly/Disassembly: Similar fees apply if required.
  • Late or Special Requests: Additional charges may be applied.
  • Unreturned Boxes: May be billed accordingly.
  • Repacking: All TVs need to be boxed, or we will repack them at warehouse and charge accordingly. Overweight or trash bags of items will be repacked at warehouse and charged accordingly.
  • Defrost: If students give us an un-defrosted fridge and it leaks all over the truck/warehouse- it’s a $100 charge
 
  • For additional services on pick up like in-room pickup, last-minute shipping services, adding more items, hauling items away – we got you covered.
  • We can repack fragile items at our warehouse with custom boxes like TV”s or fragile items.
  • We will help students with light assembly/disassembly of bed frames.
  • Once you sign up, expect weekly text/email updates before pick up.
  • Expect weekly updates the month before school starts regarding storage deliveries.
